Maybe even though he didn't think you would hook-up per say, but rather open the lines of communication again!
I would have thought maybe that.....but he could have called all this time and has not since that night. So I am thinking that is not it.
Maybe I am reading to much into it. I just think it's bazare of him.
maybe he wanted to feel you out to YOUR feelings? calling you outright would leave him open to rejection...casyually talking to you, seeing where you are, what you are up too...well that would be a way to go... You being drunk, him driving you home...still seems fishy to me

Honestly i felt a little guilty because people saw us leave to go to the car and i didn't know if he would hear it from other people. That was where my guilt came from. My DH was fine with it, but that is just my situation. Like i said everyones is different.
I don't have much jealousy when it comes to my DH and other girls. I just figure if our life is good then there would be no need to be jealous about stuff. I know i am in the minority but that is always the way i felt. If my DH wanted to start talking to his ex girlfriend i would be fine with that too becaue she is married now and he is not the cheating type of guy. I would only have an issue with it if he was hiding it from me. Me and DH don't do that.
As for the other people in this situation I don't know what he knew...like if he knew she had other rides home so I can't comment on that.

i agree...and i guess no matter what the situation is i am on the jealous type.. I guessi just feel that being driven home by an ex is inappropriate...Why wouldn't my bf call me? Idunno jmho

I don't think it would thrill me if DH got a ride home from an ex, but I doubt it would be a fight or anything. I think part of my situation is that DH has never had another girlfriend, so if he got a ride home from a girl it would be a girl he had messed around with, which would lead me to believe that she was probably just looking to hook up with him again. If he had an ex that was a friend of his than it wouldn't bother me at all.

I wouldn't be mad. Personally IMO if you trust you FH or BF there is no reason to get mad. JMO
