i think it depends on the offender.... was it someone you see everyday? a family member? DH?

If it's someone that you are close to then I think you should just sit down with them and explain that they hurt your feelings and why you felt they did. There is nothing better than talking things out.

I would just calmly sit them down and tell them how i felt and how your feelings were hurt ...whether it was intentional or not

If you don't say anything about it - is it going to change your relationship with that person? I should have 'talked' to someone in my past about her behavior but I let it go now I have no contact with this person at all. I know I'm better off without in her my life, but sometimes I still get mad because she 'plays the victim' with mutual friends
