wow that is odd that you and your boss have the same dress. I hope all works out for you , maybe you can take it to another tailer to fix it??

That sounds crazy, how could they not be able to replace a zipper??

Absolutely! if they can't fix it then take your business somewhere else when they can fix it and have your fittings done there.
