I heard this is good...

I second these tapes...I lost major pounds and inches using these tapes...the slim in 6 series.

I personally have made an effort to get up in the morning and work out. It really takes a conscious effort. to get up at 5...but I get my clothes ready the night before, have my bag, water bottle, ipod, etc all ready to go and when I wake up all I have to do is throw some clothes on and hit the gym. It is difficult getting started, but after a bit it is easier. (It also majorly helps that FH goes too) We motivate each other.

I am just way too tired to work out after work.

It also makes it easier for me to avoid eating badly later in the day, b/c I don't want my efforts from the morning to be wasted.

HTH!

Kara,

Where do you work? I would love to have the perk of having a gym at work and a free personal trainer?

Do you have any openings at your job?

i have the same problem. i joined a gym, went for about 2 months, and then i stopped going. i felt so bad about myself because my friends go to the gym all the time...

but then i realized i'm just not a gym person. i don't have lots of free time, and i feel that working out is personal and i don't like doing it in front of strangers.

I love working out and I also try to make it a part of my daily routine. Sometimes, you just have to force yourself to go and remember what the benefits are!
