LOL...sounds like my cousin! I would tell her she needs to order the dress by the end of this week, or she's out! I am so tired of dealing with all the BS these BM's & MOH's put us through!

What about guestimating her size and ordering it for her.....then tell her you want the money or make it her MOH gift?

i had no problem ordering the dress for two of my other girls.. but they showed interest in wanting the dress and wanting to be a part of the wedding. she doesn't even seem like she wants it.

Just tell her she needs to order it now, plain and simple. Don't give her a deadline, tell her it MUST be done or all the dresses won't be in on time.

i would:

a. tell her how hurt you are over this whole thing.

b. give her a new deadline and tell her that if she doesn't meet that deadline for ordering the dress, you will consider that her resignation from your BP & from being your MOH.

omg that sounds exactly like one of my bm's...she hesitated for so long paying for the dress because she complained she had no money...which totally isn't the case because she goes on shopping sprees weekly and drinks practically every weekend (and alcohol is not cheap)!!! I gave her a deadline (which she actually met...surprised) but told her if she didn't pay for it by then i was going to kick her out...now i wish i would have taken her out completely..because now she cries poverty for everything...my bparty, my shower, etc...if i were you I would consider these things also..if shes being like this now..im sure it can get worse later too..my bm is completely out of hand..and im sick of it...I wish i could kick her out..but she already got the dress...just a warning!

I would say I understand $ is tight so if you need to drop out b/c you cant afford the things that need to be paid for ASAP I understand!

I'm sorry I know what you are going through...My MOH dropped out for simillar reasons. Unfortunatley, we havent talked since, it really effected our friendship. Hopefully you'll be able to get past this since she's family. Good luck!
