I also went to the one in Carle Place and I HATED IT. I'm glad to hear some people had good experiences there, but personally I thought the service was awful. I wont go into detail but I just didn't feel as if they really cared enough about my business. I went on a Sunday morning when they first opened and a Tuesday night. Both times I had to wait a very long time to have someone help me.

Too many bad reviews for me to even consider stepping foot in a David's Bridal, I know there have also been positive ones, but that doesn't erase all the bad. Definitely don't expect to be pampered when you're there. I think the saying 'you get what you pay for' definitely applies. Also, if you do purchase from David's, DON'T get your alterations done there, I have heard countless horror stories about their alterations. Good luck.
