We decided to really go all out on our band...we got a 12 piece, music (and food) really make the wedding!

We tried to keep everything as low as we could. I shopped around for deals with the reception hall, DJ, dresses for me and BM. I found a reasonably priced florist and picked relatively inexpensive centerpieces. We didn't go cheap on our photographer though. I think that's the only thing....

we deicded that photography and video were important....that really preserves the day for us...

The location and the dress were the most important to us/me. Then, we wanted a D.J. that wasn't too glitzy and a photographer who could do photojournalist style photos-so both of those were not too expensive, we saved there. Also important to me...the wedding day beauty (hair, makeup, and I'm getting spa treatments prior), but since we knew people who could do these, it didn't cost a fortune:) Let me know if you want to know the name of any of my vendors, most are pretty reasonable but good service/quality.
