thanks guys for all of ur prayers, I guess it worked in a way: FH will be staying until he finds what he is looking for.

I am going to mention to him to talk to HR, as some of u suggested, but not sure if that will help as he is sort of a part timer there

I went through this with fh a year ago they switched him from days to nights and then laid him off. I would have him try to stick with it until he secures a new job. Hang in there it will be ok. Stay strong.
