depends on how many complaints....if it was 1 or 2, maybe not...it might have been some cranky person etc. But if it was a bunch, then NOPE I wouldn't. How do you check a company out? Online? I want to do it!!

Depends how many complaints and what type of complaint. Billing or service? If there are a few service complaints I probably would not.

No way, that is taking too much of a risk! That is along list of complaints and they are about merchandise, not just billing. JMO

Talk to the vendor and ask them to explain the issues that you found.

When I booked my band...I spoke with one of the owners about something negative I heard on LIW. He laughed and explained the whole situation to me and what had happened.

perhaps you could contact the company and ask about the complaints. if their answer is acceptable to you, then you could try them. although, there appears to be quite a lot of complaints against them so i'd be wary.

I wouldn't with those complaints on file + remember most people don't even bother complaining, so who knows how many more there are.

Well one company on here had 36 + complaints on them!!!

When I notified them, they didn;t know how to answer me

Funny now their name is gone! They changed their corporate name! Hmmmmm!!!!!
