post on a few boards, hoping for help!
hi ladies a friend of mind is planning a shower and needs an italian restaurant in Nassau or W. Suffolk....she's thinking maybe brunch but if no brunch menu available a standard lunch menu.
please post names--and websites if you have any info!

symposio - not sure if they have a seperate room it is in wantagh on Sunrise

well this is on the border of queens and nassau but im gonna suggest Douglaston Manor
Or what about Katie daly's in massapequa
Nick D'angelo's is good there too but not sure if they do parties

I don't know any in nassau. I am in hauppauge I think thats too far for you!! The place im having my baby shower is really nice and the foood is soooo good and the prices are reasonable starting at 17.95pp and goes up to 30pp.

Cafe Tuscano - i know so many people who like it.. FH and I didnt. I think its a different style or area of italy that they cook like. SO def eat there before choosing!

where in hauppauge? thats w. suffolk--and hauppague wouldn't be too far for my friend at all!

There's Amato's (I believe) in Lindenhurst or Amityville.... it's on Montauk Highway.... great food!

i know of 1 in smithtown dont know if thats too far its called le famiglia its awesome and its family style so yiou get very large portions also on 347 not sure what town i think hauppage / smithtown its called carrabo's its awesome

what about Ciao Baby? I'm not sure when they open, i dont think they are open for brunch... but the one in Carle Place has a seperate area for private parties

Villa della Nonna in East Meadow. My friend had her e-party and shower there. Everything was great!
