XPost - Is My Timeline Ok?

Hi all!

Thanks so much to the ladies who helped me out with the general info for planning an evening wedding. There's so much info out there on timelines for mornings, but an 8pm start? Not so much.

This is what I have mocked up so far - please feel free to tell me what looks good, what needs more time/less time, what's missing or anything else!

Two things - it was easiest for me to work backwards, so I apologize for any confusion. Also, I have a pixie cut so a hairstylist isn't missing, I just don't need one :)

8pm – Ceremony
7:30pm – Invite time; cocktails and appetizers for guests
7pm – Rehearsal
6pm – Family pictures
5pm – Bridal Party pictures
4pm – First look
3pm – Photographers arrive; “getting ready pictures” & finishing touches
2pm – Makeup done


All insight is welcomed, you guys rock! :D I can't wait to finalize this and send it off to my awesome photographers and makeup artist and cross it off my list! I can't believe how much there is still to be done with 48 days to go! whoa!
