Xpost- Missing dog- Massapequa

Hey ladies, my MOH's dog is lost in the Massapequa area. She has been missing since yesterday around 5ish. She is a chihuahua/min pin mix and is about 14 lbs with reddish brown hair and dark features. Her name is Ginger.

If anyone lives around here, please be on the look out for her and let me know if you happen to see her. Thanks!!

Edit: she is wearing a red collar

Hi,
I'm so sorry to hear about the lost dog! Two years ago my dog went missing in the Massapequa area for about five days. I was absolutely heartbroken! My mom called the Town of Oyster Bay animal shelter a few times and they insisted they didn't have my dog, but my mom decided to go up there and look for herself and sure enough- he was there! They actually had him for about three days! So, please tell your friend that even if she asks on the phone it is still a great idea to go and see for yourself. Also, there is a very large park in Massapequa, the Massapequa Preserve and some animals have been known to hang out in there when they get loose. Best of luck and don't give up hope!! Keep me posted!

Oh no! I hope she finds her dog!

Thank you..

Still no luck yet
