Over the summer, my MUA recommended her so I think she was still in business then, not sure about now!

My friend used her for her June wedding. I emailed her and she wrote back saying she would be out of town that weekend. Then 2 weeks later she sends me an email as if we have never spoken before and is suddenly available. I wrote back and never heard back from her, so I went with someone else.

I used her for my July wedding this past summer and YES her communication skills, especially as a professional, are terrible!! It's really rude and frustrating and the sad part is people actually want to use her services and this is how she treats her customers! And she does an excellent job at doing gorgeous hair.
