I promise this is not going to start controversy

Just wanted to say Congrats. Looks like they'll easily win the division.

I have no problem with getting a job done when it needs to get done

Playoffs should be very interesting

HHEHEHE Here is a joke I just saw:

Four Major League Baseball fans went rock climbing: a Yankee fan,a Red Sox fan, a Cubs fan, and a Cardinal fan. They had been arguing all the way up the mountain about who amongst them loved their team more and was the most 'diehard' fan.

The argument grew hotter and hotter and the four fans grew more and more
agitated. Such was the emotion that upon reaching the top of the mountain,
the Yankee fan proclaimed loudly and earnestly to the other three,
'This is for the New York Yankees!' and without a moments hesitation
threw himself off the mountain. The supreme sacrifice!
Not to be outdone by a Yankee fan, the Red Sox fan jumped up and cried
out, 'This is for the Boston Red Sox!' and quickly threw himself off the
mountain, also willing to sacrifice himself to prove his devotion to his team.

Refusing to be outdone by the Yankee and Red Sox fans, the Cardinal
fan rose to his feet, summoned up every ounce of his courage, and yelled at
the top of his lungs, 'This is for the St. Louis Cardinals!' and without a moment's hesitation, shoved the Cubs fan off the mountain

I am first and foremost a Yankee fan but I love my Stros.

Well Jen if you weren't going to be busy with getting married and honeymooning and all that stuff I would have invited you come along with me ..

There is nothing else better than a post season game at Yankee Stadium.. the Stadium is electrtic. Just once in your life you have to experience it

Lord knows I cannot take my DH to any of these games ..... he roots for the other side of town , silly child

My brother's wife is a Mets fans also, which is why during the post season we usually go together..

You always root against the Yankees, ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS .. you even will root for the evil BoSox over the Yanks.. At least I root for the Mets when they play Atlanta ,whom I despise ...

OK if you arent a 'Yankee hater' I will retract that statement. My DH is definitely a hater, though

let me restate that, i don't hate all the fans, only the ones who came on board in 1996 or after

or the ones who move here from other states and root for the yanks automatically because they're the champs

or girls who jump up and down like loonies at yankee games only because 'my boyfriend likes the yankees' or because 'derek is cute'
