Just got back from WW and I lost 8.6 lbs this week!! YAY!!!!!

Flex...love it! BUT I am eating mostly core foods with the occasional treat!

I've been talking about trying core b/c I don't loce any weight unless in limit carbs to almost none (except whole grain a few times a week). I should just join and get motivated to go to meetings.
