yay, just got home from making sauce....

my fh's family is from Italy an they make homemade sauce every year, its soo interesting the way they do it in the back yard with huge buckets and everything, well this year i went over alone without fh and just hang out with fh's family by myself, had such an amazing time!!!!

but you can't leave their house withouta eating...im soo full.

FH is making sauce right now....but not the 'back yard' way - just the good ole over the stove way!

With fresh tomatoes? Mmmmmm! FMIL makes a sauce with canned tomatoes and it's amazing. I can only imagine with fresh tomatoes.

yea, fresh ones...mmmmm its sooo good, they made 100 jars last weekend and we made 70 jars tonight. its a lotta work, i was covered with sauce..lol they have to sit on a fire till tomorrow to preserve in the jars or something, so ill have a bunch opf jars tomorrow, sooo excited
