Is there anything under the jacket, or is just the skirt and the jacket? If there is an actual dress under the jacket, I would like it- especially in the colder months because I never know what to wear over a dress. However, if the jacket always stays on, I wouldn't like it - it would be too constricting, and a little MOB-ish
