I would like to do yellow for my BM dresses but I can't think of another color to go with it. Also, Im afraid the dresses will look to white in the pics. Any suggestions or photos are very much appreciated.

my BM's are wearing yellow...it is jim hjelm and called maize...it is not light enough at all to be seen as white in pics...there are def some that are though...when i was looking i found some that were far too light...you just have to find the right shade...if i remember right, bill levkoff was too light...and as far as incorportaing other colors...what about doing that with jewelry and flowers? HTH

I was going to suggest Lavendar with yellow. This was going to be my color scheme if we booked a spring wedding.

Duh...Im using blue and yellow lol...im using blue dresses with yellow flowers! Im going to try and find some coral/yellow things...i totally see coral flowers with yellow dresses!

Agreed, purple is the color wheel complement to yellow so I have to agree. Like a lavender or periwinkle would look divine .... look how good Tori Spelling looks in this yellow dress with purple shoes?? To DIE for.
Another good color believe it or not is BROWN! You could have them have a brown sash on a yellow dress.
And if you feel adventurous you can even go with a deep red wine color. Check out Reese's shoes here with this yellow dress. PERFECTION. I also agree with the other poster above that Jim Heljm's maize is GORGEOUS. It will definitely show up nicely in pics.

Giuliana from the E channel she does a show with Ryan Seacrest did yellow dresses and they were georgous! Try googling her weddings for inspiration! She used a regular everyday designer for the BM dresses I think

i wore yellow (i think it was jim hjelm maize) for my friend's may wedding and we carried pink and cream flowers. It looked so springy and elegant. check out her album: klarabelle good luck!
