I am doing a Jihm Hjelm color called maize which is a yellow. I have not figured out what other color yet so this was helpful for me as well....

Yellow and white isnt exactly original. But this dress is nice

you can do blue, purple, coral, green, you can really do just about anything, you can do circus roses (they are the yellow ones with the bright orange tips) you can do ivory, white...just about anything. I wouldnt do red though unless mixed with something else

I was also considering Yellow with hints of brown and pink. I alos agree that yellow, blakc, & white look really nice.

i've been planning on doing yellow BM dresses as well. i really love the look of yellow and purple. gorgeous!

i also have the same fear as you that in the photos the yellow will look white, my mom keeps pointing that out to me. i know i'll just have to find a yellow that isn't too light.
