What kind of envelopes did you guys get to send out your STD's in, specifically those with magnets, and where did you get them from?? also, do you send hotel information to everyone who is getting one or just to OOT guests? TIA

I used regular envelopes... colored ones that I got from Staples. I didn't send hotel info out with mine because there is no one that far away for me...but I am sending it with the invitations. I am sending the hotl info to everyone because I know that soe of my friends who are local want to get a room so they don't have to worry about driving home (we are getting a shuttle).

My STD magnets came with little envelopes. We sent hotel information in them to the OOT guests only.

We used regular envelopes(I got them from The Paper Store in Farmingdale) & I put in hotel info. in everyone(I also provided shutle service & had an after party at the hotel, so I knew a lot of people besides OOT's would be staying at the hotel).

I'm sending hotel information to everyone because we're having an after party at the hotel bar and I know alot of my friends and relatives will want to come and not have to worry about driving home afterwards.

An after party at the hotel sounds like a great idea. Is it going to be infpormal, or did you set it up with the hotel? Do you have to pay for that?
