YIPPIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!

We have a house!! We closed yesterday. I'm so relieved. Our closing costs even came in below what we thought they would be!

If I had a penny for every time I signed my name yesterday...well, I wouldn't need a mortgage.

Lots of paperwork, lots of money, but it's all worth it!

Good luck this week to all who are closing!
