Let me start by saying that during my time on this board I have posted negative things about my sister in law, this was brought to my Sister in law's attention, she called me on it and I told her straight out yes your right, I wrote them and I'm sorry. I had my Brother his Wife and their baby and my parents at my house last night arguing about this, and other issues, BS that shouldnt have to happen because I was either venting or telling what was bothering me at that time.
Now on to You, I do know who you are it wasnt hard to figure out, but I wont call you out on it. Your a friend of my sister in law fine, but you had absolutely NO RIGHT to get in the middle of a family. You cause a bigger chasim in our lives that I'm sure in time would have been forgotten about and things would have been fine, now my relationship with my brother is strained, my brother and I were super close, as close as any brother and sister could be. He was like a second father to me and truth be known I wanted him and my father to walk me down the aisle, now because of you thats over and done with. My sister in law, i know will never forgive me and that makes what relationship we did have dead, and that in turn affects my relationship with my niece. Things were left like ok fine its over, but we all know deep inside that its not. I just want to thank you, for causing all of this you need to mind your own business. And I'm sure that you'll be sure to tell my SIL about this, so Gina I again say to you that I'm sorry but I could not let this die with this girl and I had to let her know.

OMG Stacey...I'm so sorry about this This is just awful and I can only imagine how you feel. I really CANNOT believe that someone on here would that. It's just DISGUSTING!!! She knew when she did it that it would only serve to sever your relationship with your SIL. WT F is wrong with some people

I'm just writing to say that I'm sorry, Stacey, that you need to deal with this unnecessary headache. This person thought she was be a 'true friend' to your SIL by informing her of your vents, but only created a riff between you and her. It's funny - I deal with this type of behavior often at work but it's between high school students. I guess some people never grow up!

OMG!!!!! I'm thinking of also editing my venting posts!!!! I'm sorry you're going through this, I hope your SIL can forgive you and move forward with the family...I hope she understands that sometimes it's better to vent here then yell and cause problems with family...

It's stinks that we have to be careful about what we right... so sorry that happened to you.
Ever since someone that DH works with went up to him and said that she saw a picture of him on this from our vacation, I am so careful about what I write. You don't know who is on here and some people can be so petty.

thats very wrong of the person to do...on theboards we should feel free to post any vents about people and not be worried about other people finding them and telling others(otherwise everyone would be deleting posts after writing them which is crazy and time consuming)

Just wanted to say that I'm sorry you have to go through this. It's awful that one of us did this to you. You came on here looking for a place to vent your feelings and it's a shame that someone told your FSIL how you felt. That's just not right. I would love to know who did this to you so that I know what kind of person is on the other side of the computer.
I understand this is a public forum and that's why I am always very careful with what I post. But at the same time we write on here in confidence to each other never expecting someone to stab us in the back. Whoever did this needs to get out of high school and join the real world.

WOW-I just got home from work and was just able to get online for the first time now--Stacey--I am soooooooooooooo sorry----I cannot believe someone had the nerve and the 'lack of a life' (does that make sense?!) to do this!
Although I do not know you personally, you seem like such a sweet person---you DO NOT deserve to go through all this because of a vent you had every right to make. I hope this all blows over and you do not have to deal with this or anything pertaining to it ever again! !

i'm so sorry about this stacey. its just not right. i hope everything resolves itself in the future, for your family's sake.
reading this has just reminded me again to be careful. as much as it feels like it, this is not just a group of girlfriends chatting, venting, etc. this is public. very public. be careful ladies. we have seen so many problems here because of information we reveal, with the best of intentions, to our LIW friends.

Its very sad that a place we all feel safe to share our most private things can be so easily compromised. I for one -- am still going to vent about everything just like before.... If there are ' people' out there that need to feel better about themselves by getting involved in others business-- all i can say is ' What comes around goes around!!!'

I can't get over how downright cruel it is for someone to do that and to cause such a horrible rift between you and your family. That is just downright disgusting and petty!!!!
It's sad we never had these problems on LIW before and now suddenly people are just coming on here to use our vents as ammunition. Hang in there! I hope that with time this will all be resolved.

Sorry you had to be subjected to that. Im sure if you and your brother were that close that eventually everything will be ok. You said you were sorry.. we arent perfect, we vent about ppl we love and care about...those loved ones will always forgive us. The only person in the end that did any wrong doing was the snitch. Maybe she learned her lesson too..
