You guys, don't get alarmed, this is hypothetically speaking....

I think I asked this question before but, who has changed their mind about their dress after they've ordered it...what did you do? Did you lose your deposit after choosing another dress? Did you have to sell your old one...

I got a full refund from davids...but they had made the mistakes......

I know jeanette! But just in case....i've been having doubts about it before...I think maybe my mother and my FMIL influenced me too much when I chose it....

just call the place you ordered it from. that's your best bet. i'm sure they get the call all the time.
don't let your FH's silly comment about poofiness ruin your vision. i'm tellin ya, he'll love it no matter what.

i put this in the other thread.. but i need the posts.. so here goes again..

yes i had doubts, yes i brought a new dress, yes now i have TWO dresses.. and no i couldnt return the first one.. and surprise surprise.. everything does NOT sell on ebay.. so... my first dress is hanging in my mom's house.. my second dress is on order.. and i'll start fittings in december.. i'mma wait to till the last possible second.. december 29th and if i haven't sold it by then i'imma give it to charity and get a receipt and right it off on my taxes..

ohhhh i'm sorry i just assumed you really loved it. if you really aren't sure then why don't you call whoever you bought it from and ask whether they would be willing to take it as a sample dress and give you store credit.

or you could just keep looking and if you find something you really love, then you could always try to sell it on here or something.

I am going thru the same thing I didnt get measured so I dont have an order in but when i went to get my $$ back they asked me what dress I found instead of the orig and they do sell that that designer. So If they cant match the price I got from the second place I am going to see if they will transfer some of the deposit to my moms dress that she bought there and give back the balance. I will know on Monday
