OMG! DH and I saw this house! there are 2 of them for sale next to eachother - we saw the other one and it was the same. and it was SO SMALL! the upstairs is a joke. you have to be 5'1' to stand up straight.

You went into it? We drove by, is the house next door any bigger inside?

the whole house is a JOKE! it's really old and they tried to make it better by renovating a little. but it is TINY! and then that 2nd floor... rediculous!

YES! that's the one! they show this kovely kitchen but believe me, that is the only nice thing about it. like I said, you have to be a midget to stand up in either of the 2 micro-bedrooms.

ETA: I just looked at the pics and picture #7 is that's NOT the same house! the 2 bedrooms in this house have a triangle ceiling

That is just wrong. These houses have been on the market for over 6 months. Whoever buys will have to knock them down (both) and build a bigger home.

I can't believe they showed a different room from a different house, that is fraud!!!

thats a bummer because from the pics i actually really liked that house DH and I were going to go look at it this weekend, but now I'm not so sure This whole house hunting thing is really discouraging!

You would have to knock down the tree and build out. It's almost 1/2 an acre though..

Yes but whenever someone makes a post like this.... I always say....

'It may be cheaper there... but WHY would I want to live there and make pennies on the dollar compared to NYC'.
