Eh-hem, may have had something to do with me telling JT to call her and tell her I was coming by to look in her address book I think that was the right insult to make her write the stupid thing out

Does FH have a brother/sister/aunt/grandma/whoever that you can go to to get a lot of the list? Then tell your FMIL that you're sorry she didn't get the list to you in time for the invitations. I went to JT's sister first (granted it was no help becuase she had all of 5 addresses, but still!)
