The 'CITY' is trying to make it a law that bars & clubs have to close at 1:00am!!! It's the complaint about noise polution in the late hours. Well DUHHHHHHHHH.........When the jackass (oops I mean our Mayor) makes all the smokers go outside to smoke what does he expect???? How much longer before we can boot this moron out???????????

I remember back in 96 or so .. I was in Boston and at about 12:45 or so.. I forget eh exact time.. the waitres comes uup to me and my friends and sys.. Last call.. I looked at her like.. 'what are you kidding me?'

I don't get why he keeps contradicting himself through his actions.
Does he not realize that by closing the bars early, some people may not bother going out at all or go out to the island? That would result in loss of revenue for the bars and as a result the city!

Tell me about it... I used to make an extremely good living as a bar tender/bar manager.....I have not worked since the smoking law got passed b/c the bars are downsizing due to a loss in revenues. NEW JERSEY HAD HIGHER BAR REVENUES IN THE LAST HALF OF 2003!!!!! TWF????? he is a jackass, and like Guiliana, has no problems putting people out of work if he thinks it will make him look better
