Your opinion on FAKIES

Now i know that soon to be brides used to find it annoying that venders would pose as brides on the BHB board...

Now i am curious do you care that a fake person comes on the NWR board? You know someone that isn't who they say they are? There have definately been some...
Or do you not care?

i find it bizarre, but really don't care...

i haven't been able to spot any outside of those who promote a vendor

i guess it really annoys me...I feel that, although i haven't met most of you, i 'know' you. And when i feel that someone is fake is coming on here...it makes me feel weirded out.

Yes i know 'this is a public chatroom'
but i just find it odd when a fakie finds there way here...a wedding website...unless it is under false pretenses...And this bugs me

Me either, but I find it funny whenever any vendors pose as fakes, because it is SO obvious.

As for others, I think I would find it sad that people wanted to put the effort into something so lame.

but there are times that they are others and i try to stay quiet...
I mean sometimes there is no real way of proving it...but yet there is something DEFINATELY WEIRD about the person!

Well they do that to get you to be convinced that the vender is great and to go use them..
We would believe a fellow brides opinion over a venders opinion...so if they pretend to be a bride...they can get more business!

however, it usually back-fires and no bride will use that vendors business if they try a stunt like that. imo, fake brides are somewhat understandable, but fake posters on nwr/ot or any other board on here is just weird. why would you even have to fake it? if you are posting on a non-wedding related board, why do you want to fake being a bride or a woman or man, whatever...its just odd.

I just think that people who are fakies on NWR must have very pathetic lives. Vendors posing as brides on BHB at least have a 'good' reason for doing so, but someone pretending on here must really be lacking for fun in their lives...I feel bad for them

aawww..i don't really go on BHB to bother knowing who is who....I don't think any of them really even think there are fakies...

But if i see one i will let ya know

thankfully our wedding planning days are over! We are older and wiser

we need our board princess to out the fakies.
