Your Photographer-Two questions

1. How many proofs does your contract guarantee you?

2. How many hours does your contract guarantee you before you are charged overtime and how much is overtime?

Re: Your Photographer-Two questions

I used Imagine Studios.

1. I don't know if there even was a minimum # in our contract. We didn't really worry about it. We wound up with over 600 proofs.

2. Our contract was for 12 hours ... no overtime. She started at 1pm and stayed until the reception was almost over!

good luck!

Mark Kauffman

Min # of proofs is 500 but he told us more like 1000-1250.

The contract says Full Coverage (8-10 hours)

He has two locations, One in Manhattan but I think his main location is out on the Island...Port Jefferson. I am not sure about Staten Island
I love his studio though, the first album I picked up ended up being a girl I went to HS with. Strange!

here is his website:

300 proofs
8 hours and OT is $50 per hour but since the owner is coming to photograph my wedding and he lives 6 blocks from the Manor East he is not charging us for OT

Can't remember what my minimum is, I want to say 500, but I am not sure if that is right.
The contracted time is 10.5 hours.
Photographer is B rett M atthews in Roslyn.

Re: Your Photographer-Two questions

No maximum but around 600-800 I think. We're having 2 photographers so maybe a little more?

10 hours

Re: Your Photographer-Two questions

At least 400 proofs - they go from beginning to end. Starts at my house in the morning to see me get ready until the very end (not just to the cake cutting)

VIP unlimited hours. From my house till the last dance.
400-600 proofs are included in our contract. After that there is a fee but I don't know it off the top of my head.

Re: Your Photographer-Two questions

400 minimum proofs, for 12 hours. I am not sure of overtime costs, that is probably a good question to ask when I have my meeting w. them to go over muct have photos.

I had 10 hours and that was more than enough.

1. 1,000 proofs

2. we're having a photographer from 9am to 6pm (but he will stay until the last guest has left for no charge) and a photojournalist from 9am to 2pm (which is when my cocktail hour ends)
