Just trying to get a feel for what your regular jean size is vs. the dress size you ordered. I bought my dress of the rack and its a bit snug. Just want to see what normal wiggle room based on your answers!

Oh I wanted to put a gun to my head with this one.
I wear a street size 10 and had to order a size 18 in my dress. My boobs were the issue, guess it could be worse right

I'm a 6 and they MADE me order a 10. They said my hips just made the 8 so better to take in than not be able to take out.

I'm a 10 and I ordered a 12. I was lucky because I got to try on a sample size 12 and it fit me perfectly. Hopefully it won't need anything, but a hem.

Lucky, lucky, lucky.... the lady at the dress store already started showing me 'falsies' to fill out the top of my dress. Boob it up Bari! Be proud!

Between a 6 and an 8 usually, 10s are nice and loose but comfy. My dress is a 14...due to my chest =o( The rest has to be taken in!

i'm an 8 tried on a sample 12 and it fit. my boobs were little snug though. i'm hoping to lose 10 lbs. in the next couple of months.

Aww thanks Laura!! Yeah, my mom went and paid for it yesterday. It really was totally what I was looking for so I don't know why I waited 4 days to make the decision. Im all about the portrait neckline. Relief!! Just trying to see what the range is here in case I lose/gain weight.

Same here!!! 12 (sometimes 10!) and I fit pefectly into a 16... they wanted me to get an 18 'just in case' i said umm ill start losing a little i dont need 'just in case' inches *note the price also went up between 16 and 18 so i said ill just watch my weight to the sales lady...

Laura please you have nothing to be jealous about-you're perfect! I'm 4'10, if I fit into a normal woman's size I would look like a perfect circle!
It's really a pain in the butt. NOTHING ever fits me right and when I tried on dresses they were so huge even with the clips I couldn't get a 'real' idea of how it would like...I'm flying blind here!
I was so jealous when you posted that the dress fit you so you knew exactly what you were getting.

Sorry for posting on your thread but, I'm usually a size 4 and they ordered me a size 10 dress and it only needs to really be hemmed and the chest needs to be taken in.
