I just stumbled upon a very yummy snack and it is only 3 points, it was filling enough that I had it for lunch with an activia light yogurt.
It is one wedge of garlic and herb laughing cow light spreadable cheese (1 point per wedge) Spread on wheat thins garden veggie fiber crackers, 14 crackers are 2 points! Very Yummy!!!

Oh YES!!!! Also, try a wedge of the cow on a plain rice cake. Amazingly delicious- 2 plain are 1 point and with the 2 wedges .... 3 total yum!

I made a grilled laughing cow sandwich the other night, and it was surprisingly good!
And yes, I realize how weird that sounds. A grilled laughing cow!
