I took Zinc last night around 8:30pm with dinner and the bottle said to take it once a day. I just took it this morning, and I feel a little light headed. Do you think I took it too early, and do you think i should of waited till this afternoon or do you think it is just a coincidence that I am light headed now?? Thanks, Scott

You may have taken it too early. Your system may not have broken down the first pill.

I figured that...I hope I dont get sick over this. I already have a sore throat, I dont want to be nauses too. I am starting to feel less light headed....
I am eating some smoked almonds and drinking alot of water....Maybe I can flush my system out.
