I think Zora is terrific - but I think Evan is a total doofus! A dolt! You guys really like him? Think he's a prize? Ugh.

I don't think he's goofy. Did you see the modeling photos of him?

November - gorgeous yes (if you like men who look like GI Joe), but a total idiot. I didn't hear one intelligent thing come out of that man's mouth. He's just not...bright. This is all IMO, of course. I just don't get it. The horrible hair, the constant 'she's hot' comments...ick.

I for one was so happy he chose Zora! You could tell right away she was there for different reasons than the other girls. Sara showed her true colors as soon as she lost - whispering and laughing with the other girl on the balcony....
Zora seemed the most genuine, and she definitely seemed to deserve the $$$! It's so nice to see someone win the money who REALLY needs it - I'm sure she'll put it to great use.

I think Evan has a sort of rugged sexiness about him. As for his intelligence, yeah well he's not the smartest cookie, but hey we can't win em all. Ha ha I think tho' since Zora is such a down-to-earth lady, and obviously money is not her motive, it's OK. They are kind of sweet together. They both seemed so happy. I would like to see them together, but who knows what happenned, these things don't ever seem to work out. Look at Aaron and Helene. So I guess we'll see next week, although I would love to know NOW !!!!!!

Re: Zora's the Woman !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Evan is a doofus...he's as dumb as a stump, IMO. I can't stand him....and Zora's dress was God-awful! LOL!
But, Zora is not a hypocrit IMO...I think she probably went on the show b/c it was something exciting...we all saw how humble her 'real' life is. If I lived the way she does, I would have JUMPED at the chance to be on TV, just for the excitement of the experience, not the promise of money.
I think that she acted 'guarded' during the whole show b/c she is very shy, unassuming and not as worldly or experienced as the other girls. There is no shame in that....different strokes for different folks. I felt that she was very genuine, especially last night. I thought that her reaction about Evan's deception was very honest - and I definitely think she was intimidated by the thought of all the money he 'supposedly' had.
I also felt that Evan's reaction [to the $1M prize] was very genuine....he really seemed shocked and surprised.
However, I am skeptical that the 'ending' will lead to an actual 'relationship' between them. But, I was surprised myself to be happier w/the way this show ended than I've been with the Bachelor/Bachelorette shows. JMO.

She had to wear that awful dress - it was the only one left after the cat fight-like first episode when they all had to pick a ball gown.

Re: Zora's the Woman !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I must be the only one who is a little skeptical of Fox and Zora. She seems nice enough, but when they were doing the synopisis of her life, I felt like maybe she was an actress planted by Fox to make their whole 'fairy tale' idea be fulfilled. Think about it - from the very first episode where she was the last one left with the last dress and when the other 3 girls sabotaged her hot tub moment with Evan, it was all too a little 'Cinderella and the mean stepsisters' to me. It just seemed all too convenient. They portrayed everything about her in her bio clip at the end SOOOO sugary-sweet and sympathetic, it was almost as if Evan was getting Mother Theresa with her work with the elderly and her little run down apartment. Again, I have nothing against her, but some of it was a little exaggerated and hard to swallow, if you ask me.

I'm so glad Zora was picked! Did you see Sara's reaction when she was told that she was not the one? I think she assumed she was going to be picked!

Re: Zora's the Woman !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
fifi - I definitely see what you're saying - but I think the producers harped on the fact that Zora had no money after the taping was over - maybe the Cinderella thing occurred once they started editing all of their footage, since at that time they already knew who he picked.
