Zumba

I just took my first Zumba class with my friend at Fit Factory in WB. The teacher was great and it was a great workout. If any one is interested its 8.00 per class or 35.00 for 10 classes. They also offer kickboxing classes and the pole dancing (they do it for bachlorette parties too) If you decide to go FM me so I can look for you!

Zumba

I love Zumba! My friends started teaching classes, but I don't have as much time now with my musical in full swing. Hopefully I'll get back into after my musical is over in March. I do get to do it at the beginning of my rehearsals as a warm up. The kids love it!
