DIY Rhinestone cake stand help

Has anyone made this or possible have a tutorial on how to make this? I really would love to have this stand for my wedding cake. Thanks!

DIY Rhinestone cake stand help

it looks like rhinestone ribbon. you would just hot glue it onto the stand. i'm not exactly sure how they made that one but it might be a round stand with a circular mirror on top. hope that helps!
