Fox Hollow Capacity?

Hi ladies! I'm new to this site but thought I'd give this chat room a try. For anyone who has hosted their wedding reception in the Winter Garden Pavilion at Fox Hollow can you share what the capacity is? The sales manager told me 158, but the room looks a bit small...so I'm interested in finding out what the REAL capacity is. Also if you share the # of guests that you held in that room, can you let me know if it was comfortable with that guest count or if it was tight? Also, if you had rounds of 10 or long tables?

Fox Hollow Capacity?

I was just in a wedding in that room where there was only 102 guests and the room was comfortable. Personally, I don't think 158 in there would be comfortable. Also, she had rounds of 10.

I believe they told me 115-125 is comfortable.

I agree that 115-125 would be comfortable in the Winter Garden Pavillion, I would even go up to 130. IMO FH tries to max out the space as much as possible in order to make as much as possible. For instance, on the boards there is a seating chart for the Somerley room which according to it can hold 218 people, which I think is too much for that space.

Fox Hollow Capacity?

Ok thanks everyone. I'm wondering if there is another table set up that would work better for 140 guests (as opposed to all rounds of 10). Thoughts?

I ended up with 150 it was fine def had the club feel on the dancefloor lol it was a lil tight but not bad at all i was very happy
