Inner envelope font size??

For those of you DIYers on the envelopes for your invites....did you use the same font size on the inner envelopes as you did on the outer? Or should the font on the inner be a little bigger? I used 24 font on the envelopes, wondering if using one bigger on the inner would look better.

Minor detail I guess but want them to look good :)

Minor detail, yes, but it helps to finish the look of the invitations you worked so hard to perfect/make/choose/etc. I'm the same way in trying to make everything look just right.

I used the same font size on both outer & inner envelopes. My sister thought the font size was too big. I used 32 pt Saffron Too, which looks like Shelley Volante, the same as our invitations. But I showed her 4 different envelopes from 4 of my friends' weddings (I save EVERYTHING) and they all used fonts that were comparable in size to mine.

Maybe try printing on regular paper first, cut out the names and place them on top of both envelopes side by side to get an idea of what it would look like both ways. That way you don't waste envelopes, but still can compare the sizes.
