from a carb standpoint, yeah sure.... think of it, most Jewish grandma comfort food is floating in chicken fat and high in carbs.... hence the comfort!!!!

but it sure is good

No...but they are high in sodium, which will make you retain some water. Other than that...there is not much nutritional value and they are low in calories. IF you eat it...just drink lots of water to flush out the sodium. Here is the nutritional value from the manischewitz box.

It's not that bad. It is only 3 Weight Watchers points if you just eat the soup and matzo ball, but leave the noodles. So have some for lunch.

yeah, but how many matzos are in one 2 inch diameter ball? I'm sure several, and then the carbs start hopping up!

Per the Manishewitz site, that nutritional info is for one matzo ball.

Matxa Ball alone or just in broth isn't so bad, but when I have it for the holidays with... breads, potatoes, chicken, kuggle... yes, it gets fattening. I Think you're okay. Just drink lots of water b/c it's salty.
