Oh Also-as far as who to deal with-I worked with Jordana and she was AMAZING. Not sure if she's still there; but she was really great!
They hold up to 3 events at once
They do a big showcase in January so make sure to call and register for that where you can taste the food. Also; if you're interested in booking; they'll invite you to lunch (for free) to taste the food. But only on a weekday so if you work in the city (like me) it would be impossible to make.
They have 3 rooms-the Garden (dowstairs) and the Contessa are their smaller rooms; which i believe you only have to guarantee maybe 75-100 people. Their Camelot room is much bigger (very nice CH room attached) and i THINK has a minimum between 125-150+ depending on the day/time.

Re: Swan Club
FH & I almost booked the Swam Club... we really liked the ceremony site and the grounds but I wasn't 'in love' with the room. Out of all the rooms, I liked the main ball room on the first floor when you first walk in. I believe we worked with Jordana, prices were reasonable.FM if you have any questions and i'll try to help.
And YES RH 'shopping' if fun for the first few weekends... Try not to do too many in one day, take pictures, write down notes and have fun!
