wedding wagon

Ok so we have ten kids in the wedding... ( yes I know its insane, talk to FH!) and one little boy and girl will both be 1 1/2... they are both walking.... Original plan was little boy walk holding hands with his two big sisters, little girl walk holding hands with her two big brothers. Now, the girls ( flower girls, 6 & 8) don't want to hold their brothers hands b/c they can't throw their petals LOL.... also, in all honesty I don't know that both babies would walk that far down the aisle.... so plan B would be to get and decorate either a stroller or wagon and boys could pull them?
Saw this picture and LOVED IT.... but this is the last thing I want to spend $$ on.......

any thoughts or better alternatives?????

Re: wedding wagon

check craigslist or yard sales to see if some1 is selling a wagon for a few dollars. at least then it wont be a huge expsense. you can get stuff to decorate it with at the 99 cent store.

Re: wedding wagon

I love the idea

cant the kids just sit in the waggon? do they have to be strapped in? Im honestly not sure on that but if they can just sit i think it would save money on the seat.

Cute idea check out buying a used one

Re: wedding wagon

Hahaha this is what we are doing too... My will be 5 yr old nephew time of the wedding will be pulling his Brother or sister in a wagon like that. The baby is Due I believe March 1st, so he/she will only be like 2-2 1/2 months old. Let me know if you find a good deal bc if not i know what Santa Dee is getting for the nephew, lol.

Re: wedding wagon

Our FG was 1 1/2 and she's the cutest little thing. She's SIL's daughter (her son is 3 1/2). Her son, we got to walk down the aisle with a pillow in his hand. We practiced many times, and he did it like a pro (very serious too!)... the baby girl was supposed to walk down herself, but it was too hard. She was standing holding her mom's hand (who was a BM) to walk down with her and her GM, when she ran ahead and grabbed my step-father's hand suddenly as they were coming down the aisle! She didn't even know him!!!! It was the cutest thing ever.

Whatever happens will be wonderful. Good luck with your decision!

Re: wedding wagon

we talked about doing that, but when i was atelling my sister about it she was like 'do you really think Liam will pull a wagon down an aisle without wanting to go in it!!!' so i think its cute, but not practical for my age range of kids!
