It can probably be done however you want. We're doign the cake cutting first and alittle later (hopefully after most people are alittle boozed up) we'll do the bouquet/garter toss.

Usually you cut the cake first. Then you do the BoK toss, Garter toss, and parent dances while the waitstaff is cutting and serving the cake.

I thought it was always the Bouquet first then the cake, I guess basically its when you want it.

I just went to a wedding on Sunday so it is fresh in my mind. They did the cake first then the Bo-Q toss. It is your wedding though so you can do whatever your little heart desires !!

Yeah I would think the cake, get all the food stuff out of the way then the tosses.

It usually follows the same flow at these reception halls...when we went to have our final meeting with our DJ I was told usually the RH's run the show...they tell the DJ etc when what is going to be done...guess it's because they have to make sure they serve all the guests their entrees/cake/dessert etc...
