Re: $250?!?!?!?!

i sold my dress right after the wedding-- so it was on the girl to get it cleaned, so if you plan on selling it dont think you have to get it cleaned for them! :) (fyi i sold my dress for a good price too)

Re: $250?!?!?!?!

I used the place that made my dress.....they charged $150 to clean & preserve it.

Pics are in my album.

I dropped it off to them and then they shipped it to me.

i sold mine about 6 months after the wedding... and def didnt want to leave dirt sititng on it for too long bc i heard its harder to get clean the longer it sits... so my girl actually did get a cleaned dress from me... and for the price she paid, i think she deserved to lol

Re: $250?!?!?!?!

Mine was about $300, but that included preserving AND a discount. But I also had a lot of very intricate beadwork and delicate lace and that ups the price a bit.

Re: $250?!?!?!?!

I paid 150 but they gave me a special rate at my cleaners because DH and I spend a FREAKIN FORTUNE in cleaning there. I am pretty sure we're their best customer!

My dress has no beading except the sash.

Anyway, you can try them, its Jim Jam in Merrick.
