9.25.10 QOTD
What is your exercise routine to help keep your body healthy for you? (as its different for everyone)I just started taking Yoga, and working out with the Wii Fit Plus. I tried the 30 day shred, got my butt handed to me on the first day.
Other than that, I keep my body the shape its in with McDonalds.

Im an Avid runner. I run about on average 55 miles per week. Sometimes more sometimes a little less. Depends. Also, i weight train. I mix up different muscle groups & get it done. I love to workout & feel healthy & strong! I run long distance about 3x per week & the other 3 days i do short (3 to 6miles). I weight train about 4x per week. I also enjoy kickboxing,boxing & body sculpting.

I'm very,very careful with my diet. I find that is the most important thing for me. In addition to that I walk.

i run usually 4 miles a day, maybe 6 on the weekends.. nothing too much just enough to keep off some added weight since i like to eat lol (although after the HM i went overboard and im trying to lose the 5 lbs i gained).... and then twice a week or so i will do a jillian michaels workout dvd to switch things up a bit and tone.

I run on ervage 30 miles a week (hoping to increase that gradually). I cross train 2-3 times per week, and also strength train. I work out about 6 days a week. If I have time, sometimes twice a day.

I hate to exercise, and unfortunately my metabolism seemed to slow down after the wedding and I gained a ton of weight for me, so I have to step up my game a bit. We take walks a lot in our neighborhood, which is very hilly, so it's good resistance, and we do a good 2.5-3.5 mile route depending which way we go. We need to do it more frequently...we were doing it about 2-3 times a week until it got too hot this summer, and now we have to start up again as it gets cooler.What I do on my own has always been belly dance. I use dvds and when I was in college I was in the club. It really works, I used to be ripped. Now, I just rip my clothes. But I'm starting that more actively again too, so hopefully I'll lose at least 5 of the 10 pounds I've gained in the past 10 months

wow you girls impress me! i try do crossfit (www.crossfitLI.com) 2 times per week. it is very intense and honestly it's the only workout that gives me noticeable results
