Administrative Assistant's Day

Happy Administrative Assistant's Day to all!

I have a question--who is it appropriate to buy gifts for? Would the 'Assistant to the Chair' qualify as an administrative assistant?

I got so confused since they changed it from Secretary's Day. I don't know what it means anymore!

Not really sure about that one...do they answer phones and type memos, etc?

Yep! Assistant to the Chair is an admin! My admin got very nice flowers from me and the other directors she supports...she was very appreciative!

I dunno- I really wouldn't get them anything unless they work FOR you. Or baked goods that all can share is a safe bet!

Yep--she runs like everything though.

I just realized that by the time I get into work today though, she will have already left for the day. I think I'll just wait until next year to worry about it lol
