Anyone know how to save a design on shutterfly?

I am making thank you's and I want to send them to DH at work and he cant log in so I'm trying to save them as a picture and it wont work- anyone know how to do this?

there should be an option to save the project, you can also use print screen to capture the image and save it to paint.
