B-Pics Outfits

For those of you who took B-pics, how the heck did you go about buying outfits? i know nothing about those little stocking thingies and off the sexy little outfits. Do I just go to VS and Frederick's of Hollywood and start trying stuff on? I feel like a lingerie loser!

I keep saving the emails that VS sends with what promo they have going on but I can't figure out what to buy...I don't know what's going to look in pics. Plus I want to buy a couple pairs of shoes too! I'm so lost with this though.

I tried to think of what DH liked best. He loves thigh highs and garter belts, so I did a couple of outfits like that, plus a school girl type one and a 'comfy' one with a cute tee shirt and boyshorts. It all worked out really well!

A lot of guys like skimpy lacy stuff, so that always works and you can never go wrong with a sexy babydoll/teddy type thing like:

I just tried to get different styles- like one babydoll, one corset, and one cute bra/panty set since I had 3 outfit changes for Jenerations.

Also, check out stores like Strawberry and Forever 21. I got my cheapest (and favorite) piece of lingerie at Arcade America for $8. I had seen a few things in the Strawberry at Union Square this weekend, too.

i'm going to check out all those places - i didn't even think of H&M, even though now i'm imagining their little undies section!

I think part of my problem is i don't know what looks good on me as far as fancy lingerie goes. bra and underwear, sure i've got it down, but i'd like to get a cute bustier or something.

Dont worry about the strappy things and the garters --- Jen will help you attach them and make sure they look straight.

Yes! I brought about 15 different oufits and she helped me pick 5 that were the best/most flattering.

I laid them out and told her which ones I liked the most and which ones I was unsure about. She picked based on what I said and what she thought. She didn't tell me to take something off once I put it on, but I suppose if it was that bad, she would have told me.
