Re: Banana Bread

PINEAPPLE BANANA NUT BREAD
(Pineapple makes bread moist and gives different flavor.)
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. mashed bananas (ripe)
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple, crushed & drained
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten well
1 1/2 c. oil
Combine dry ingredients, stir in nuts, set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry mixture, stirring just until batter is moist. Spoon into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 5 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Freezes well.

I love me some Banana Bread with Chocolate Chips. <3

I use the Skinnytaste receipe so I can add the CC's and not feel so guilty.

Here you go:

1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 1/4 cups unbleached all purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter, softened
1/3 cup sugar
2 large egg whites
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips

ETA: Bake for 40-50 mins at 325.
