Black Tie Optional Wedding

Do you think this dress is too much for a black tie optional Saturday night wedding? Because I think I'm in love!

Amazing dress!

ETA: Ok, I don't know why I put a question mark in the first poll answer!

Re: Black Tie Optional Wedding

I really like the dress, but I think what's giving me issues is that it kinda looks like a bridesmaids dress that I saw somewhere. I think I might ask a few other guests if possible what they're doing before deciding. I'm undecided...

Re: Black Tie Optional Wedding

That's what's getting me too but it's my first black tie anything wedding and I never get to wear evening gowns anywhere. The only other guest I know that is a woman (it's DH's friends' wedding and I only know the boys), the dress she showed me, that same site classifies as a wedding dress. It's starting to get frustrating to find something decent and in my budget!

Re: Black Tie Optional Wedding

There's a lot of sales this weekend because of the holiday, maybe try going to the mall to like Macy's or Lord and Taylor and see what they have?

Re: Black Tie Optional Wedding

I also thought it looked a litlte bridesmaid-ish. Do you have any clue what color/design the bridesmaid dresses are? You might feel funny if they look like your dress.
