Buying vs. Bringing Lunch to Work

Do you bring your lunch to work, or buy everyday?? Before the wedding I was so good and would bring my lunch everyday. But since the wedding I've mostly been buying. I think it's related to the fact that I'm bored with the same salad or sandwich that I would normally bring to work.

If you bring your lunch to work, what do you usually bring??? I need some new ideas.

TIA!

Re: Buying vs. Bringing Lunch to Work

I bring a lot of leftovers for dinner. I ususally try to make extra so it lasts a couple days for me and DH to bring for lunch.

I try to limit myself to buying lunch only once a week and lots of times my company will have food leftover from meetings.

I bring. I don't have time to go out & pick up lunch w/o being super rushed.

I usually bring greek yogurt, granola, & fruit that I mix all together (a banana that I cut up, blueberries, blackberries, raisins/Craisins). Then I bring a snack too...Pirates Booty, Veggie Sticks, hummus & Wheat Thins or pita chips or carrots, etc.

Sometimes I'll bring Nutella & PB or PB&J sandwich on whole wheat bread instead of the yogurt.

Nothing too exciting but I can honestly say that I enjoy my lunch every day lol.

Yum! Sounds so good!! I may try the yogurt and fruit combo like you. I want to eat something healthy and something that doesn't take so much prep time the night before and the yogurt sounds perfect! I find that salads seem to take so long because I like to add so many different veggies so it's not the same boring salad all the time.
