catered BBQ?

if i book a spot in eisenhower park, does anyone know of people that would come cater with burgers and bbq-stuff? I guess i'm looking for someone who'd bring the uncooked burgers & hotdogs and cook them on the spot.

I know Guy Anthony's in Merrick does private parties like that at people's homes. I'm not sure if they'd go to Eisenhower Park, but they are so close to there that I'd definitely say call and ask!

I highly recommend Fireside Carterers. We used them for our eparty and they were amazing! The food was so good and the price was reasonable.

Thanks everyone! Fireside Caterers is prob the route i'll end up taking since the prices are fairly reasonable.

now i'm kind of reconsidering eisenhower park though ... what if it rains? i'd be screwed, right?

I've been to parties at EIsenhower Park in the rain. You get tents. People get drunk and don't even realize its raining!

I believe they had tents to cover the food...or you could get them through the company. I'm not 100% sure. It ended up that we didn't have rain the day of our eparty.
Even so, if you ask around I'm sure you can find family or friends that have tents. That's usually what we do!
