Changing my name

I've taken DH's last name.
What do I need to officially change it?

I jsut did this today

You need to go to Social Security office with your marriage license first.

Then DMV- you will need to have your marriage license, drivers license, and title of your car (if you have one) with you to change you name (license, title, and registration)

Download all the applications online before you go- it makes it alot easier and faster
